Automata Transactions LLC DBA Grubbrr seeks Integrations Technical Product Owner in Boca Raton, FL.

Job Description: Collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, and end-users to ensure that technical integrations and POS APIs align with business objectives. Conduct thorough research on POS system integrations with GRUBBRR’s self-ordering kiosks. Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform integration strategies. Create and develop proof of concept integrations using provided POS APIs. Collaborate with the development team to translate integration needs into actionable software requirements. Perform quality assurance (QA) and user acceptance testing (UAT) for POS integrations to ensure functionality and reliability. Identify and resolve any issues during the testing phase. Understand and document how loyalty systems can be integrated with Grubbrr self-ordering kiosks. Work with stakeholders to implement loyalty program features. Write comprehensive software requirements, use cases, and test cases. Develop user guides and manuals for internal operations and end clients post-kiosk rollout. Oversee the software development team, ensuring alignment with project timelines and goals. Provide technical support and guidance to developers and QA team members. Manage beta testing programs for kiosk releases, coordinating with a select group of clients to gather feedback. Analyze feedback to implement necessary bug fixes and enhancements for successful product adoption. Telecommuting allowed for this position.

Minimum Qualifications: The position requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field plus one (1) year of experience as a Product Owner or related. Position requires any amount of experience in all of the following skills:
• POS systems and food ordering technology.
• Agile process and principles.
• Product Lifecycle Management.
• Technical product management.
• Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).
• Agile environment.
• Software testing and technical documentation.
• Python, C/C++, JIRA, Confluence, Qualtrics and In Vision.
• Required Certification: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).

Offered Wage: $142,563.00 per year
