According to the Mayo Clinic, the average healthy man should drink about 3.7 liters or 125 fluid ounces of water per day while the average recommended for women drops to 2.7 liters or 91 fluid ounces. Everyone is different, however so if it is a particularly hot day or you’re exercising a lot you may want to drink even more water. Bring a water bottle to work and fill it often so you can easily meet your daily water intake goal!
